7 weeks to go!!!!!!!

im finally finding some time to sit down and update all of yall! some of yall have seen my maternity pics on facebook and for those of you who dont have facebook im posting them on here for you! my body is REALLY starting to feel the effects of pregnancy. so far being pregnant has been nothing for me. ive been really blessed so far to have such a good pregnancy but now im starting to wear down a bit. swelling, restlessness and indigestion to name a few things bothering me. haha but every bit of it is worth it. her bedroom is ALMOST finished. its sooo cute. by this weekend im hoping the last few things will come in to finish up. as soon as i get 100% done i will post pics. tyson and i tried to see how the carseat would do in the car, and unfortunatly its not going to be easy getting that huge carseat in and out of our two door car but we will make do! haha we are both getting so anxious to see our sweet girl! we had a sonogram last week and she was too tired to have her picture taken so the lady took a buzzer and woke her up and she was throwing a fit. one of the pictures she has her fist in a ball and shes grinding her jaws. she definatly has quite a personality! another exciting this is tyson and i started childbirth classes last night and had so much fun meeting other people having their first child and learning about things to expect when joslyn comes into the world! i would post pics of the last sono but i just remembered my mother-in-law has them so when she emails them to me ill post them on here! hope all of yall are doing well! love u guys!

settling down

Hi! So things are finally starting to settle down a little bit. The past 6 months have been such a roller coaster between parents flipping their tahoe, our house getting broken into, busy work schedules with tyson working out of town ALOT, and just trying to get ready for little josie to get here, it has been very stressful. But things wont be slow for long...we have 13 weeks left until her due date!!!! Her nursery is well on its way, and i planned on posting pictures of the progress but....tyson wants it to be a surprise for everyone. lol he's worked a lot of late hours in that room to give her a perfect nursery. Baby is getting so big that if your patient enough you can watch my belly jump at all different spots. In fact i think she knows im talking about her becuase im looking down at my computer screen and can see her punching my tummy. Her favorite is when daddy talks to her though, she hears his voice and instantly starts moving, which makes his ego grow. lol we have another
3d/4d ultasound in a few weeks so ill post pictures of her then and hopefully we will have the nursery completely done so yall can see that as well. Until then hope all is good with yall! love all of yall!

ThE gRoWiNg BeLly!!

Well there isn't a lot new to tell you all about except that my belly is growing by the minute i think! I am ALWAYS hungry and I mean ALWAYS!!! so far i have gained a healthy 15 lbs. only 15? yeah i was thinking the same thing...lol we had a 4th of July party at our house this year and it was a lot of fun! both of our crazy families were all in the same house at once!! hectic but so fun! Tyson got some kilz this week so that we can say goodbye to our red room this weekend! here are some pictures from the weekend and a few of my belly (for all of you who have been asking to see the pumpkin in my stomach) and i will post pictures monday of what he have done to the nursery so far!

just a few odd and ends..

ok so now that we know its a little girl we've been doing some shopping along with everyone else! heres just a few of the things we've gotten so far from our friends and family! i cant wait to see her precious face....19 weeks left! already past the half way mark!!!! yay

ITS A BABY GIRL!!!!

well....we have a little lady! we found out today that we will be expecting little joslyn dee in october! she was precious during the ultrasound, keeping her legs crossed as much as she could. the poor thing was a little wacked out on caffeine this morning because i drank a huge dr. pepper before i went. my mom and dad and tyson's mom all got to come in the room with us so that was special. the pictures this time are crazy becuase most of them are in 3-d and 4-d and on a few you can really see her sweet face. i'm not going to post all of them though because the technician printed like 20 different pictures. They checked to make sure her heart and brain were functioning correctly and everything looked perfect. God has truly blessed us with the best gift ever!

14 weeks!

These are the pictures from our last appointment 2 weeks ago. As you can tell the baby has grown and formed significantly! The cutest thing about this last time was the whole time we were taking pictures the baby was drinking and swallowing. It was a very thirsty baby. Even the doctor said he hardly ever sees a baby open and close its mouth like that. He called this the iron man phase. haha im still not sure why. Other exciting news this week is...Sunday morning (Mothers Day) I woke up in the middle of the night and as i was trying to go back to sleep, i felt the baby for the first time!!! Me and Tyson were joking that it was telling me happy mothers day! lol but tyson is so mad he has not got to feel it yet but i promised him he would soon. As all you know who see me everyday, my tummy is growing fast and im not sure if its baby or a food baby! haha but the doctor says im right on track for weight gain so im not too worried. Anyway heres just some updates for the first 3 1/2 months. Our next appointment in June 2nd to find out what sex the baby is, even though everyone we know says its a girl which will be named Joslyn Dee Jones. We dont care either way but if its a boy he doesnt have a name yet. This baby already has all of its organs and they are functioning and it has tiny hair all over its body called lenugo or as tyson would called it menudo. hahah The due date is October 30, 2010 and we cant wait!!!!!!! We will keep you updated so check in every once in a while to see the latest news.

The first time we saw the baby!

So as you all know me and tyson are having are first baby and we could not be more excited! At the end of February, Tyson had to go on a business trip to Cincinatti and while he was gone i stayed at my mom and dads house, the entire time i felt horrible. i kept having horrible stomach pains in the middle of the night but never would have guessed my body was going though so much. I had stayed at my sister Melissa's house, and finally on the day Tyson came home i decided I would take a pregnancy test, becuase there was just something not right with my body. Sure enough, the morning of February 25 i had a positive pregnancy test. I tried to keep it a secret from everyone until i could tell tyson but i must have been beaming because my parents knew right away. My dad and I made the cutest shirt for me to pick Tyson up from the airport in. It had written on it "Welcome Home Daddy" haha Since then life has been even more hectic than before! The picture above was our very first time we saw our sweet baby. The first sonogram the baby was not happy we were waking it up and started punching at the machine. As you can see it already has a fat belly and elf feet. Our doctor called it the gummy bear phase. As you'll in the next pictures it grew SOOO much in four weeks! Anyway we just thought as much family and friends to keep updated this would be an easy way for everyone to keep up on our little bundle of joy!
